Welcome to

The Planning Application Advice System

The Planning Application Advice System is the first phase of Electronic Planning Information for Citizens (ePIC) in Northern Ireland which will develop into a fully interactive online planning system enabling planning applications to be submitted and paid for online as well as being tracked online throughout their processing lifecycle.
The Planning Application Advice System has been developed to enable applicants and planning agents to calculate the fee for a planning application, to set out the enclosures required with a planning application and then using a set of electronic forms to compile their application for submission to Planning Service.
You will now be asked a series of questions about your planning proposal. The answers you provide will be used to calculate your planning application fee. Please note: it is important that the information you provide is as accurate as possible. Providing inaccurate information will lead to an incorrect fee being calculated which will result in your application being deemed invalid and it will be returned to you.

Minimum System Requirements
All applications submitted through The Planning Application Advice System will be compiled as Adobe PDF files. You must have, as a minimum system requirement, Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 installed on your PC. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 installed on your PC you can download it free of charge from the following website: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader
